A quick post today. I have to get to work soon. For the first day of a workshop yesterday went really well. Everyone was really impressed with the food, now I just have to keep it up. Here is a run down of what we served yesterday.
Lunch:
Soups- Carrot, apple and ginger
Baby it’s cold outside- sausage, garlic, onions, barley, cilantro and tomatoes.
Roast pork with garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, cumin and orange juice. I cooked it on apples that I had sliced.
Chicken breast- baked with basil, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Balsamic Brussel Sprouts- Garlic, Brussels sprouts, balsamic, olive oil.
Mashed Sweet Potatoes- olive oil, garlic, cayenne, nutmeg, cinnamon.
And Salad Bar.
Please be aware I have an awesome staff who did a lot of this work! I am not taking credit for all of this. I’ll attach pictures and last nights menu (in picture form) as well.
In other news, my body is all ready aching. I’m using my massage machine as I type this. I also drank too much last night. Tonight will be the night I just come home and sleep, right?

The food looks both delicious and Whole30.
