Susan does The Whole 30!

I have a like addiction.  I can’t stop hitting the like button on Facebook.  If you aren’t my friend on Facebook but feel like you need support, you should friend me.  Seriously, I like everything.  It’s so bad that once and awhile I get a called out on it.  At work one day a woman said to me ‘you’re very generous with your likes Ron’.  There was also a time once when I told myself I was going to go a week without liking anything.  I lasted half a day.

Why am I bringing this up?  I’m not really sure.  Actually, I am.  Because it makes me think about being supportive.  There is nothing more important to me than being supportive of other people.  And there is one person in my blogging career that has been more supportive of me than anyone, my friend Susan.  She has followed my ups and downs since before I even had this blog, all the way back to when I was doing a podcast called A Dieter’s Life, it’s no longer even around.  Undoubtably, when I’m doubting whether or not I want to go on blogging she write, texts, or sends me a message on Facebook saying how much she misses it.  She has talked me down from quitting blogging many times, but she probably doesn’t know it.

The reason I’m writing about this is because she just finished her first Whole 30 Diet.  We’ve been tweeting for the past 30 days chronicling everything she has eaten.  If you want to reach about it you can check out her blog, I Run For My Life.  Thanks Susan for your support!
